To order a copy of the Design Excellence Monograph and/or Portland Catalogue for residents outside of the United States and Canada:

1. Print this page and fill out the mailing information.

2. With the completed form you must include a Money Order, Cashier's Check or Personal Check for $10.00 USD per publication made payable to "City of Portland". Mail both items to:
